Author Bio for Blackburn, Victoria Grace
Victoria Grace Blackburn (1865-1929) was a Canadian writer. Born in Quebec City, she attended Hellmuth Ladies' College in London, Ontario. Most of her life was spent working for the London Free Press, which was owned by her father.
