Author Bio for Collison, W. H. (William Henry)

William Henry Collison (1847-1922) was a Canadian clergyman. He was born in Ireland and educated in England. He was ordained as a priest in 1878 and became a missionary among the native tribes in northern British Columbia. He spent the rest of his life there. He chronicled his experiences in his book, In the Wake of the War Canoe, published in 1916. (Macmillan Dictionary of Canadian Biography)
